Pittosporum tenufolium ‘Tom Thumb’ is a superb, domed shaped, evergreen shrub with glossy, wavy purple foliage. The new shoots are often a lush green, before the turn purple with age. It can be grown to form a low hedge, but looks great in borders and containers. Small, scented flowers are produced in late spring. Ideal in sun or partial shade, but may suffer in severe windy conditions. Ht in 5 years, 80-100cm, with a bigger spread.
